multi-level underground parking garage in downtown Omaha,
Nebraska was purchased for $1,300,000 with 25% down. The
property was purchased at an RTC auction in Kansas City
in October 1995, and closed in December 1995. The property
was sold in July 2004 for $1,575,000. |
