Equity is raised privately from high net worth individuals who commit a predetermined amount of capital to be invested over a specified period of time. The principals of Desert Capital Venture, LLC in their capacity as Managing Member have formed in excess of 10 Single Asset Entities to acquire income producing retail, office, industrial, and multi-family properties which are Limited Liability Companies with combined Net Worth of more than $25 million.

Desert Capital Venture, LLC seeks both stabilized and "value added" investment opportunities throughout the United States. The goal of Desert Capital Venture, LLC is to acquire these assets below replacement cost at an acceptable capitalization rate, then enhance their value through superior management, renovation, rehabilitation, aggressive leasing, and strategic mortgage financing opportunities.
